Required Information when reporting a problem:

Ritmo (.Net Data Provider)

  1. Product and version number.
  2. License Key.
  3. If you have licensed the product, who you licensed the product through (distributor name or HiT Software).
  4. .Net Framework version, operating system and version where the Ritmo provider is running, including Service Pack and MDAC versions.
  5. Operating system (OS/400, OS/390, AIX, NT, Solaris, etc.) and version for the system running your DB2.
  6. Data source files or connection parameters(see http://www.hitsw.com/support/kbase/Ritmo/Ritmo_datasources.htm on how to get the data source files).
  7. Applications or development environments used (versions, service packs, components, key technologies). Code samples, if applicable.
  8. Problem explanation; errors description and frequency (intermittent or systematic).
  9. Previous versions of the product used and related behavior, if applicable.
