Required Information when reporting a problem:

JDBC

  1. Product and version number.
  2. License Key.
  3. If you have licensed the product, who you licensed the product through (distributor name or HiT Software).
  4. JVM version and distribution where the JDBC driver is running.
  5. Operating system and version where the JDBC driver is running.
  6. Operating system (OS/400, OS/390, AIX, NT, Solaris, etc.) and version for the system running your DB2.
  7. Applications or development environments used (versions, service packs, components, key technologies). Code samples, if applicable.
  8. Problem explanation; errors description and frequency (intermittent or systematic).
  9. Previous versions of the product used and related behavior, if applicable.
