Allora - Eclipse Integration Module
HiT Software, Inc. has developed a module
that enables the seamless integration of Allora,
its XML platform for data exchange, and Eclipse, the popular Open Source Java
IDE. Allora can be simply integrated with Eclipse using a simple
step-by-step installation process. From within the Allora Mapper you can
generate classes to be run immediately from Eclipse to marshal relational
data to XML documents or unmarshal XML documents to relational databases. The
Eclipse integration kit is well documented in the Allora User's Guide as well
as in the on-line help.

Just download a free trial of Allora,
read the "Setting Up the Eclipse Wizards" instructions in
readme.htm and use the Eclipse integration module to add
powerful bi-directional data mapping to your Eclipse
IDE.
Use the Mapper, an intuitive graphical user interface in
Allora, to see your XML data structure (XML Schema or DTD) and your database structure
at the same time. Drag and drop between elements and columns to define data
relationships. There's even an expression editor to perform data conversion. Once
you've defined your relationships, import or export XML using the 'Generate XML Document'
and 'Insert XML Data' wizards -- fast and easy.
