FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HiT Software delivers fast, secure data replication on multiple database platforms with DBMoto 5

San Jose, California, February 7, 2006 - HiT Software Inc., a leading developer of standards-based products for relational database access, and real-time data integration and synchronization, today announced the availability of DBMoto 5, a state-of-the-art software product that replicates, migrates and synchronizes data among heterogeneous databases. DBMoto 5 features enhanced performance with execution of multiple concurrent replications and exceptional usability for defining replications.

DBMoto 5 takes advantage of the Microsoft .NET platform to deliver high performance and uncompromised security. It stands apart in the data replication solution space for its breadth of database platforms supported: Oracle, IBM DB2 UDB, IBM DB2/400, IBM DB2 OS/390, Cloudscape, Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Server 2005 as well), MySQL, Sybase ASE, SQL Anywhere, Informix, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Access, Ingres, GUPTA SQLBase, Firebird and Solid.

Configuring DBMoto 5 and setting up replications are simple processes assisted by self-explanatory wizards that can be completed in a matter of minutes. DBMoto 5 consists of two components: the Enterprise Manager, a convenient and easy-to-use graphical interface that empowers users and simplifies even the most daunting replication task, and the DBMoto Engine, a powerful processor which optimizes replication and synchronization tasks while taking full advantage of the .NET platform to connect to databases.

"We believe that DBMoto 5 addresses a critical need for companies to move data quickly and easily among databases to make essential corporate information available internally and to customers and partners." said Giacomo Lorenzin, CEO of HiT Software. "DBMoto 5 is a major milestone in providing cost effective, reliable database replication and synchronization with high performance and security."
